Tuner software and additional license purchases are refundable with the return of the Bluetooth device to which they are linked. Used ECU licenses are non-refundable.
Defective products will be exchanged free of charge. In some cases, the device may need to be inspected before a refund is given. The customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
